In 1139, Pope Hadrian IV granted the island of Saint Matthew in the Gulf of Guinea to the Polabians and Lusitanians. A confederation of kingdoms, principalities and free cities was created: Los Santos and Antigua Mysia, Longevin Weredogs, Devin Weligard, Wagria, Rana, Branibor, Lipsk, Meissen, Jarobród, and a sui generis organization as a subject of international law: the INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF PLANETS, with a banking system and a register of spaceships, satellites, UFO stations and bases, and maritime aircraft.
